Bill Florent

Bill is the former CFO of Cassidy Turley and current CFO of Selequity. He served more than 14 years on Cassidy Turley’s board of directors and executive committee. There, Bill led acquisition valuation, M&A, finance, IT, and investor relations. He helped design the funding strategy for investment criteria for all acquisitions and managed relationships with key employee-owners throughout a growth cycle that added over 400 new shareholders. Bill also established systems and processes to manage the company’s HR, client accounting, and internal financial controls with a focus on implementing scalable systems across a fast-growing company. A former CPA, Bill logged years with KPMG and public companies, including May Dept. Stores and Nine West.
