Maria Desloge
Before founding Selequity, Maria and AJ worked together at Armstrong Teasdale for more than 30 years. At Armstrong, Maria worked with clients to develop and implement strategies on M&A, transactions, post-merger integration, and international expansion. Clients relied on her to help them recognize and realize value in an M&A transaction beginning with due diligence discovery and concluding with helping management integrate and succeed in operations. At Selequity, Maria serves as our COO, managing our business while serving clients. She holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt and an M.B.A. from Washington University.
